Hoo Zoo, a zoo based in Telford, initially came to us when they had a problem with their website, it wasn’t generating them any visitors to the zoo, and Google was linking them to unrelated websites. We investigated and soon found out that the website had been hacked, with spammers injecting links to unrelated pages in search results, not good for business. They needed a website that would help convey the experience people get when visiting their zoo.

We had to act fast as timing was critical with this project. Straight away we implemented a solution that solved their immediate problem…the hacking by fixing how they were getting in.
Next, we got to work designing and building a new website that shows how great it is to visit the zoo. We used good photography and intricate animal features to immerse visitors. We then created a ticketing system that is easy for visitors to buy and Hoo Farm to manage.
A website that allowed people to plan and book their days out, with all the information they needed to see what was happening and when special events were on.
In the first two weeks, the Hoo Farm website saw over 10,000 visitors and had more than 300 online ticket sales!
